The bold shape, colorful exterior & thoughtful planted balconies create a fresh living experience in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego.
53 micro-apartments, ground floor commercial and rooftop hospitality space turned this compact, irregularly shaped lot into a gem of walkable, work-force housing development.
