Envisioned as a indoor-outdoor play room with entertainment amenities & studio apartment / office above, this project packs a lot of activity into a small footprint.
Designed & permitted by another designer, additional attention to detail & construction expertise was required to realize this multi-purpose extension to a growing family’s home.
Careful siting & construction detailing enhances the usable yard & provide ample space for a pool & spa. A custom storage system elegantly hides & provides easy access to everything from tools & pool equipment to an enterainment bar. Special consideration of the utilties allows the water heater to provide free summertime cooling while a thoughtfully designed solar system maximizes energy efficiency & minimizes bills.
