Placing the common areas on the second floor of this compact live-work house creates delighful connections to the outside, a private courtyard & expansive views of Coronado & Mexico.
The street-facing office space is perfect for receiving clients while a double-height, tucked away bedroom provides a calm respite from work & the vibrant neighborhood outside.
Gracious sliding glass doors, thoughtfully oriented away from neighbors, allow ample light & seasonal sea breezes to flow through the house.
